[TYPO3-dev] Blocker with CSS-styled-content and image elements under 4.0 RC1 and RC2

This doesn't seem to be a problem specific to RC2 since I can reproduce it
with RC1 as well.
The "width" setting in the backend form of "image" and "text with image"
elements is treated as maxW, which it was not before 4.0.

Since every site using image elements with columns while running
CSS-styled-content will be affected, this seems to be a blocker to me,
unless people like viewing thumbnails where they got images before.
