Hey guys, I'm running a website on 4.0beta3 in utf-8 and it works fine. When switching to RC1, all my "Umlauts" / Special characters get broken. I browsed through the changelog and this list, but couldn't find anything. Does anyone know this bug and can tell my what happened / how to fix it? Thanks, Thomas
