[TYPO3-dev] Bug? No language-merging for cType RECORDS - so also not for TV!?!

I have no doubt about that - and it works fine for me with classic
page-module - but language-merging with TV didn't work at all with the
latest CVS-versions and tt_content records. And that might be because TV
stores record uids and is giving them to ctype RECORDS as far as I have
found out. But those given record uids are not always in the required
language code (0,-1) so that the merging-function can't work at all, as
it only merges if the given record has 0 or -1 as language code?

Do I have to give some additional parameters ot ctype RECORDS?

I'd like to have a look, but I can't see the core-list in thunderbird.
Or am I to blind to see? Can you post the link again or send it to me
per e-mail?

Thanks.
