Another hair-pulling, then ;)

1. CHC-Forum is working and has most of the desired features -> make 
this one and only 'forum' extension.

2. What do tt_guest and tt_board have in common except some input fields 
(and being obsolete)? A guestbook is as simple as it gets, and 
ve_guestbook does the job well.

If you rather think about a guestbook as a threaded comment system, why 
not use an appropriate extension for this and transform the usable parts 
of tt_board (threaded) into a generic comment system.
