In the first place: Wrong mailinglist/newsgroup! Use typo3-english instead.


And to your Problem:
- go to "tools/Extension Manager" in the Menu,
- select "Import extension from online repository" from the drop-down
box at the Top
- use the "Upload Extension File Directly" section at the bottom of the
page.
