Hi All,

As if I couldn't get enough of this controversy I just have to share
something with you that could speak for itself:

<snip>
Is there something I can help with in getting the documentation
searching
back online in a usable way? It's been down for a couple weeks now,
and is
the primary tool in administrating a TYPO3 install. (I've tried to
remember
the whole library, but my attempts have failed.) ;)
. . .
If there is anything I can do to help, I'm available and willing as my
progress is now suffering as a result.

Thanks greatly!

This is an except from a mail sent to the typo3.org mailing list
(where the whole typo3.org/TER issue really belongs).

It contains the following important ingredients:
- It describes a problem (criticism)
- It offers help to solve it (pro-active)
- It adds a humoristic approach (protects motivation)
- It even manages to creates sympathy for the impact on the posters
productivity!
