I addition I would like to change for 'Edit page properties/header'
instead of edit2.gif conditionally edit2Page.gif
like I did in my evaluation (non-public) version of my plugin.

In addition of edit2Page.gif

I have used edit2All.gif for editing the whole column

If I could fix the another context menu and get conditionally changed
the edit2.gif with edit2Page.gif I would publich a new version.
