[TYPO3-dev] TER wrong sorting when finding latest versions ?

Hi,

I think, this is a bug - is there anybody who has
this issue too ?

I have a plugin with very heigh version numbers;
for sg_zfelib, in TER there are the Versions
   0.13.5, 0.13.9. 0.13.35, 0.13.36 and 0.13.37
and for sg_newsplus, there are Versions
   0.5.1, 0.8.5, 0.13.1 and 0.13.2

When I now go to Extension-Manager / Import / Connect,
I see the wrong versions of these Plguins as latest
TER-Versions, e.g.
   sg_zfelib   0.13.9 (instead of 0.13.37)
   sg_newsplus 0.8.5  (instead of 0.13.2)

So it seems, that here is _alphabetical_ sorting used
instead of _numerical sorting_ , what would be correct.

If I go to the detailspage of a plugin,
the select-box with the available version-numbers
is sorted correctly ...

Should I add this to bugs.typo3.org ?
