A couple of things to fix:
- I found yesterday that anchors to parts of TSRef do not work, they
always lead to top of the chapter
- There are no PDF/SWX files for docs
- Tables in TSRef/CoreAPI badly extend pust page bounds
- TS by example is only in French :(
