[TYPO3-dev] TS conf-key in foreign_table_where

Hi,

i want to use the value of a Typoscript Key (PIDitems), which is set in 
TS-Template, for a foreign_table_where in $TCA. Is it possible to do this?
Or simply said - How can i get the value of $conf['PIDitems'] in $TCA?
