[TYPO3-dev] normal user cannot create content record trough templavoila page module

Hi,

I'm interested is anyone happened to have this problem in latest beta.

 I have normal backend user that cannot create new content elements
through templavoila page module(no permissions), but can do it with "new
content" context menu, and through classic page module. 

I this somehow related with wokspace module or have I set somehow
something wrong?
