[TYPO3-dev] How to get and save TS config for users/user groups

Hi

I try to create corresponding
extension like kb_skinselect.

I don't fully figure how to
handle TS Config field

it is hash,
How to get the data as unserialized variables
and store first as serialized conf array
and finally as a hash.
