[TYPO3-dev] Obsolete content element types - why exists?

Hi

Why there is obsolete content element types and icons?

Script - it doesn't exist in SELECT-list this type
neither in CType wizard.

Exists however in content type list in
user group TS config.

The same concerns divider.
What's this???

Then icons for obsolet plugins like
tt_links, tt_images.

Why someone just could clean trashes?
