[TYPO3-dev] Fatal error messages

Hi

This issue is presumably informed as a bug.
Installing typo3 plugin, typo3 check dependency.
But unistalling some plugin Typo3 doesn't make
dependency check, which cause *very easy*
Fatal error -message because some plugin doesn't anymore
have a plugin, which it depends on.

This issue is one of the most typical in English mailing
list and I have got that too - extremely annoying.
