agreed. One generic problex exist between 'dev' and
'desing' groups. 'dev' should create *framework*,
which design can base on. But if the framework is not
satisfactory - as it is not today - there should be discussion between
core development and layout designing for the interface of typo3.

the BE doesn't offer necessary possibilities
and XCLASSes are needed. In order to minimize
XCLASSing, there should be discussion between
core development and interface layout.

How to do that?
