[TYPO3-dev] RFC as tool to concept branch 5.x

Why not keep it simple?

Let´s discuss things here and if we kind of "agree" somewhere it will be 
written down in short words in the current typo3 wiki? (maybe pointing 
to the thread archive as well) ??
