[TYPO3-dev] replace Form-data processing class: class.tslib_fetce.php

Hello,

in the description of the class.tslib_fetce.php there are the lines:

Does this mean that tt_guest and tt_board should be rewritten without 
this class?
By which classes and methods should the tslib_feTCE class get replaced?
