Firsts, you can customize formatting in Eclipse preferences (tabs, 
identation, etc).

Second, look for Eclipse plugins on the Ineternet, there are formatting 
plugins too (though I am not sure about php formatting). If you did not 
find anything, you always can use extdeveval for formatting :D
