[TYPO3-dev] Manipulating languages

Hi

I have some language problems in my extension,
which I like to solve at some way.

Do somebody know

1) I what variable is stored the language
of the BE interface

2) How I could manipulate function $GLOBALS['TSFE']->sL(...)
to work on the base of the BE language instead of the language of the page

3)  How I could manipulate function 
't3lib_div::deHSCentities(htmlspecialchars($iconTitle)' inside
	function editIcons(...) to work on the base of the BE language instead 
of the language of the page
