Maybe you should look through the repository for answers...there are several 
ways of rendering a BE login button for BE users. Search for e.g 'login' or 
take a look at 'FE>BE user login' or 'TIMTAW'.
If you want a complete form for be userlogin and not only a BE login button 
for FE users, you should make an EXT for it, since it doesn´t exist. It 
should be pretty easy though if you traverse through the code of the 
extensions mentioned above.
