[TYPO3-dev] Translations/localizing Typo3 4.0

Hi core developers,

my (possible dummy) questions relate into translation of new 4.0 version:

1) I noticed that 6.1.2006 Stanislas Rolland made:
"Converted locallang files of htmlArea RTE extension to xml format."
I looked in to the translation site to find if I have something to 
translate and fix,
and I noticed that there is no (xml) files for that extension ! (And of 
course that
have vanished from web translation.)

What should I do now ? How I can check if I need to do something because
I know that this htmlArea RTE has a new version ?

2) I haven't seen any changes into the core labels since 3.8.0-dev ? Is 
this right
and has the Typo3 been so stable for 1 year that there is no new labels ?
(There is still some csh labels missing from our language but they'll be 
translated
to the release of 4.0 version, except csh_glossary.)

3) This is not important only yes/no answer ! I've tried to install 
typo3core from csv
and used dummy-4.0b. I've now mysql 3.23.58. I cannot get typo3 function 
i any
way due it I'm not able to create nay pages !!!
I would like to have 4.0 version so that I could locally translate core 
and extensions.

Do I have to update MySQL to 4.x version ?
