If the page doesn't have any content element there is no frontend
editing available in the new page. Frontend editing needs at least one
content element in a new page. If a user creates with frontend editing a
new page, he can't put anything to that page. Really irritating.

I know that using admin panel can add new content elements. Admin panel
is too complicated for newbees. Simple edit panel work better.
I have made tailored toolbar + standard edit panel button sets,
where toolbar has 'Edit page header', 'Create a new page' and 'Create a
new content element'.

I know that some plugins can put edit panels on pages but just few.
If you use 'macina_banners' you must edit the source code in order to
get the extra toolbar.

But in some sites, in a new page there is no such elements, which have
edit panels. It is impossible to continue creating new contents.

Can I put somewhere a stand-alone editpanel? If so that could be a
reasonalble solution.
