[TYPO3-dev] typo3temp with 100000 or more files?

Hm. If this is possible, it has been added after 3.8.0 or is really well
hidden. I have this implemented here (need to make it a nice patch for
4.0), and during the way I did not see an existing method to do it this
way.

Kasper, it would be great of you could look in the innermost of your brain's
drawers if this info is somewhere. (I'll prepare the patch anyway, then
we'll see.)
