Just added it as bug, as the whole install-tool and install-wizard don't 
have the new style.

hope it's categorized correctly.


I also noted that some default folders inside "typo3temp" are missing 
(like "llxml", "pics", "temp", "GB", "cs"). But as it is no final 
package (downloaded the zip-file) I don't call it a bug yet.
