[TYPO3-dev] Announcement: 4.0beta3

I get the following message when installing the extended calendar.
Would be nice if I could decide if I want to use the extension anyway.

The running PHP version (5.0.4) is higher than allowed (4.1.2)
The running TYPO3 version (4.0beta3) is higher than allowed (3.7.2)
