Kari.. i think that incidents happens! every day!
the nice thing is to keep it in mind and if there was an human error at their base, would be good to learn and help others not to repeat them.
i think it's always good when everybody is trying to do their best

the lucky part (coming back to typo3.org) is that now it's not yet possible to translate extensions from the TER! :D
