Two ideas comes to mind:

1- Export via such an external tool like Wget or Httrack
(http://www.httrack.com/)

2- Use the DKD solution (never tried it myself): 
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/unsupported/dkd_staticupload/1.0.0/
