[TYPO3-dev] How to set BE_MOD variables with Typoscript?

Hello all,

actually I wrote a backend module (in the WEB section) that is ment to 
import CSV files into certain database tables.

During this import the PID field of each record has to be set to the ID of
a special page, which of course is known, but I don't want to hardcode that 
value.

So the question is: How can I set a value from backend to be used in the 
module and maybe stored in the conf.php?
