[TYPO3-dev] All Frontend plugins / extensions are not rendering

System info:

Typo3 4.0.1 and 4.0 dummy package
PHP Version 4.3.11
webhost server = !yahoo


My problem:

All frontend plugins will not render in the front-end.
 After inserting any FE plugin via the backend, it
doesnt show up in the FE HTML; just this.

All backend modules/extensions have install without
problem, as well as, all front end objects that shiped
with typo3 render without problem.

Does anybody have any ideas?
