The manual of indexed search was there as well, but Kasper did remove it
when it became too large because he added a lot of images.
Meanwhile this document is stored in the CoreDocs/ tree of SVN, and I have
also published it together with the Core documentation:

The extension "doc_indexed_search" will be released soon and will contain
the manual.sxw file, too.

I like having the manual.sxw bound with the extension. Besides some
exceptions like indexed_search, this makes sense. In all other cases, we
can simply add "doc_<key>" extensions instead.
