[TYPO3-dev] restrict avail. doktypes depending on parent doktype

I uploaded the initial version as experimental yesterday.

I still cannot figure out how to set the TCAdefaults.pages.doktype 
dynamically to a valid value of the allowed page-types.
I tried 
t3lib_extMgm::addUserTSConfig('TCAdefaults.pages.doktype='.$allowedTypes[0]);
to make it the first of the allowed types (as configured with the 
extension), but still the "Standard" is the preset value on new pages...

So far it works.
