Hi,
 >The l10n_mode is not part of the "main" TCA structure. 
It is... TCA[$table][$fN]['l10n_mode'] would retur the l10n_mode.

Meanwhile i discovered that TCA isnt avaible if a page is rendered from
cache. therefor the l10n_mode has to be fetched from TCAcachedExtras
which is retrieved from cache also.
