Hi Michael,


The data is saved through the file 
typo3conf\ext\ee_blog\ext_typoscript_setup.txt. This file contains 
TypoScript which includes the php file media/scripts/fe_adminLib.inc. 
Here, the function "save" actually stores the data.

Unfortunately, it seems near impossible to make the database insert 
conditional, at least from outside fe_adminLib.inc. So, blocking spam 
won't be easy to achieve in this particular extension.
