[TYPO3-dev] T4, TER, no import possible

Hi list,
T3 V4 system, user + passwort for TER is set, Enable unsupported 
extensions is off, random host is choosen

Suse Linux, shared plattform

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 52428800 bytes exhausted (tried to

/var/web/virtual/40.14v.de/typo3_src-4.0/typo3/mod/tools/em/class.em_xmlhandler.php

after clearing typo3temp via install tool

Error: The extension MD5 sum could not be fetched from 
http://mirror-typo3.vinehosting.com/ter/extensions.md5. Possible 
reasons: network problems, allow_url_fopen is off, curl is not enabled 
in Install tool.

(allow_url_fopen is on)

retrieve / update

The extension list has not changed remotely, it has thus not been fetched.


anybody any idea
