[TYPO3-dev] forceCharset = windows-1251 - do you plan to support this in Core?

I know that phpMyAdmin supports UTF-8, but I do not know what version the 
extension uses.

Anyway the real problem is that whatever charset TYPO3 uses (the BE session 
charset!) phpMyAdmin should also use. But this is AFAIK not the case.

But if phpMyAdmin cannot display windows-1251 then it won't help Russion 
users. But of course you can use forceCharset=utf-8 and STILL run the FE in 
windows-1252. It's possible but probably very slow.
