Seems to be but what you are trying to do is a shop!?

If I got you right. You have properties assigned to a category via mn relation. 
And now you want assign ONE category to a product. Now you want to have input 
fields for each property that is assigned to the category right?

I think dynaflex can achieve this because we do something similiar in commerce.

I hope I can release version 1.0 next week if can finish the documentation soon. 
In that documentation I will describe some problems that can be solved with 
dynaflex...
