Hi Christian, maybe it's related to this bug?
"I just noticed that the sxw manual inside one of my extensions has been
renamed from "manual.sxw" to "". And as a result typo3.org can't find the
manual, so the extension is listed with "Documentation not available" even
if it is there.."

Hi all,
are there any current problems with the TER? I realised before that I
cannot upload extensions using TYPO3 4.0 but can upload without
any problems if I use 3.8.1. I guess this is just a compatibility issue
and will be resolved soon. I assume that the TER team is aware of this.
The error I get is "SOAP-ENV:Client: Bad Request". But maybe I just lack
some configuration...
Then I found out today that suddenly documentation is not rendered to
HTML any more. I uploaded cl_alphabeticalindex on Sunday and the
documentation was correctly rendered. As cleaned it up a bit on Monday, I
uploaded it again and the HTML documentation was gone. That there is
something wrong (or a new requirement) I actually conclude from the fact
that the most recent tt_news version that Rupi uploaded only a few hours
ago shows a "not available" for the documentation as well. Strangely
enough some of the recently uploaded extensions have a documentation,
however.
Cheers,
Christian
