[TYPO3-dev] Problem with writing manual

Hey,

I have got a problem with my manual and I don't know where to look to solve 
it.
There are several chapters missing in the online/html-Version

Take a look at: 
http://typo3.org/documentation/document-library/extension-manuals/rgpopup/1.0.2/view/

but everything is fine at the file
