Microsoft provides a list of the fonts supplied by Windows XP SP2:
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/product.aspx?PID=145

And here a compilation of fonts and products which install them:
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/fonts/default.aspx

For Windwos XP SP2 only the following Lucida fonts are mentioned:

lucon.ttf Lucida Console, v1.60
lsansdi.ttf Lucida Sans Demibold Italic, v1.01
lsansd.ttf Lucida Sans Demibold Roman, v1.01
lsansi.ttf Lucida Sans Italic, v1.01
lsans.ttf Lucida Sans Regular, v1.01
l_10646.ttf Lucida Sans Unicode, v2.00
