[TYPO3-dev] ext developer: please convert locallang.php to locallang.xml!

True, maybe one could provide a nice slim "how-to" on how to do that to
get the ball rolling for those lazy developers that don't care much
about translations, but still have a nice extension that is worth
translating?

Another problem I have is that developers might find it difficult to
edit locallang.xml files. It seems that the "translators" have a nice
"llxml" extension available to get the job done through a web interface.
But why can't others use this extension as well to translate their work
without being dependent on the translation team? Ahh, update: I just
found the llxmltranslate extension in TER. Last time I asked (couple of
months ago) it wasn't publically available and noone answered my
question about it. So if this is it: thanks! :)
