I am not. I was just pointing to the struggles of another CMS with a 
descent base installation and developer community.

BTW, is there anyone that ever saw an evaluation of CMS popularity with 
published base, estimated one, number of developers and so on ?

Not that popularity is that important here in DevList, it's just out of 
curiosity...
