[TYPO3-dev] Workspacing without module "version"?

Hi!

This ma be a user question, but I think there is a missing feature bug here.

I set up a user in 4.0 without access to Web>Versioning, but the user has 
a) "versioning" in the context menu of the page tree and b) has the version 
icons in Web>List.

I don't want that. Shall "version" check if the current user has access to 
Web>version or is another config needed?
