Joey just said what he wants to keep as exposed functionality in one 
area (TS), but this has nothing to with rebuilding or refactoring, but 
just in providing an unchanged interface. If the implementation is 
refactored or completely rebuilt could not matter less to the users of TS.
I think we all agree that we should not just change for the sake of 
change, and we would throw away tremendous amounts of knowledge and work 
if we replaced TS with something else.
