I always loved your ideas about the the overhaul on TYPO3, especially 
ORM. Please write those ideas down and publish a document here, so your 
ideas won't get lost. I think you are one of the most competent and 
enthusiastic people about this topic, so please go on and inspire us. :)
Maybe others can work on this document with you, maybe in the wiki.

btw.: What you said about the eclipse project: This is about 
project-management which would be the most difficult part to implement.
People are used to their way of doing things, they refuse to change this 
- not intentionally, it's just the nature of things.
Changing that will need a lot of concentration and attention, that 
should not be underestimated.
