[TYPO3-dev] extensions don't get installed if a configuration value is changed during installation

Hi list,

I think I just stumbeled over a bug with the EM in typo3 4.0. When I try 
to install a extension and change one of the possible configuration 
options of the extension (like deselect "use Storagefolder" when 
installing tt_news) in the installation screen and then press "update", 
the extension doesn't get installed.
I have to install the extension with the default configuration as is, 
press update and change the configuration afterwards. Anybody else can 
confirm this bug?
