[TYPO3-dev] No Extension Manual in TER2 after upload a few weeks ago

Hi everyone,

I uploaded my extension to TER2 a few weeks ago (03/22/2006). The manual 
was also included. But there is still the message in the extension overview:

Documentation: Not available

I know that new documentation is rendered once a day. But why have some 
extensions no online documentation - even if they have the file uploaded 
- and some extensions manual can be read online?

Is there a new convention on how the documents should be written?
