[TYPO3-dev] A bug in EM - is is fixed?

Hi

In order to know, if the following bug is SELECT-menu in Typo3 3.8.1 
fixed in 4.x?

If I choose 'Backup/delete' and I backup some extension,
the select menu stops working. I must reload the page
in order to get it work again.

If this is fixed in 4.x I don't make any bug report.
