But if there is not title (heading in this case) there could be text

If I have understand correctly commonly
page have 'title' - contents have 'header'/'heading'

then headers relates to individual content elements.

"content type is hidden"??)

individual content element is hidden

IMO it just doesn't look good to see icon for content element.
