[TYPO3-dev] EM problems

I'm having some problems with extension manager on RC2. In particular, I
can see only blank pages for the menu functions:
 - install extensions
 - loaded extensions

The other functions print out the pages correctly.

On another RC2 installation, on a different server, everything works
smoothly. 

I'm on:
Apache/1.3.26 (Unix) 
Debian GNU/Linux 
PHP/4.1.2 mod_auth_pgsql/0.9.12 mod_jk/1.1.0

I dont know if this is a bug. I can post more information if needed.
