If I understood you correctly, you are talking about Web>Page module,
the title-less elements? If this is the case: I don't think so. I prefer
it the way it is (not showing the titles) (after all they are not shown
in FE either!).

Because here you are watching exactly what the content of the "title"
field is.


Btw: You might want to introduce the problems you bring up with a bit
more background, as we are not sitting right next to you and seeing what
you are seeing. And use consistent terms we all understand ("hide
headers" => which headers??? "content type is hidden"??)
